Weird Spawn Bug In Halo 3

I was playing a local forge. Then I logged in another account and a Spartan died out of nowhere. I think this is just one of many unknown bugs in halo 3. My Explanation: When I logged in my second account, the game must of counted it as a guest for a split second, then killed it off and spawned my second account.
